O R D E R

% 12.03.2019 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 13.2.2019. It has been pointed out that it has been agreed that the respondent shall pay to the petitioner a sum of Rs.6,75,000/- out of which a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- has already been received by the petitioner. The balance is to be paid in stated instalments.

Binding the parties to the Settlement Agreement the present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law in case there is a default on the part of the respondent including seeking revival of the present winding up petition.

Petition stands disposed of. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
