By way of present Bail Petition, the Petitioner seeks Anticipatory Bail in the FIR No. 482/2024 under Sections 221/132/121(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Badarpur, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has already been arrested and is in judicial custody and the present Petition has become infructuous.
