This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking to set aside/quash the Complaint Case No. 1506/2024, titled as, "Anuradha Kushwaha vs. Vivek Kushwaha & Ors.", arising out of Domestic Violence complaint dated 10.07.2024 and summoning order dated 18.07.2024, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class-03, Mahilla Court, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Mr. Yash Hari Dixit, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition due to technical defect, and also seeks liberty to file a fresh petition.
