The accused/applicant, arrested in case for offence under Section 302 IPC on the allegations that he caught hold of the deceased while the coaccused stabbed the deceased to death and that the accused/applicant was apprehended from spot, seeks regular bail. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the trial court subsequent to examination of the eye witnesses.
