The present petition is, inter alia, concerned with the issue of maintainability of the revision petition titled 'Kamal Gupta & Others v. M/s L.R. Builders Pvt. Ltd.', pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

During the course of the hearing, order dated 14.11.2025 was handed over by the learned counsel for the parties, which clearly indicates that the learned Trial Court is seized of the issues regarding the maintainability of the revision petition, along with other issues such as the challenge to the summoning order dated 06.10.2025.

Since the issue of maintainability of the revision petition is of utmost importance and will determine the fate of the criminal revision petition, this Court is of the view that the learned Trial Court must decide the issue of maintainability before considering any other issues pending before it. 5.
Therefore, it is directed that the learned Additional Sessions Judge-04, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi shall, in the first instance, take up and decide the issue of maintainability of the revision petition on the next date of hearing, i.e. 21.11.2025.

In view of the fact that nothing survives for further consideration, the present petition, along with pending applications, is accordingly disposed of. 7.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
