% 16.10.2017 Learned APP submits that charge-sheet has been filed against the accused Satish K. Kaura, Alka Kaura and Swati Munjal in the trial court under Sections 406/420/34 IPC.

He submits that these are the compoundable offences. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that accused persons would approach the trial court for compounding of the offences, in terms of the settlement. He seeks leave to

withdraw this petition. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
