The present matter has been received on transfer. 2.
By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks interim bail for a period of 60 days in FIR No.121/2023 registered under Sections 21/29 NDPS Act & Section 78 JJ Act at P.S. Crime Branch, Delhi on the ground of her daughter's marriage, which is to be solemnized on 08.12.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been in custody since 22.05.2023 and the matter is at the stage of prosecution evidence. While referring to the Status Report filed before the Trial Court, he submits that factum of marriage of the applicant's daughter already stands verified. Lastly, he submits that the applicant is not found involved in any other case.

Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.05.2024 in BAIL APPLN. 2002/2024 and there are other members in the family to make the arrangements and perform the rituals. He, however, on instructions from the I.O. who is present in the Court, confirms that that the applicant's real daughter is getting married on 08.12.2024 and the applicant is not found involved in any other case.

Considering the fact that it is the applicant's real daughter who is getting married, it is directed that the applicant be released on interim bail for a period of one week from the date of her release, subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent/Duty J.M./link J.M./concerned Court and subject to the following conditions :- i) The applicant shall not leave the Delhi NCR without prior permission of the concerned Court;
ii) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicant would specify the mobile number, which she undertakes to keep operational during the period of her release; iii) In case of change of residential address or contact details, the applicant shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer as well as to the concerned Court. iv) The applicant shall not directly/indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
v) The applicant shall surrender upon expiry of the interim bail period.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
