% 08.10.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, they had applied for a 3BHK flat, in the 'Scheduled Caste' category whereas what has been offered by the DDA is a 2BHK apartment in Paschim Vihar. Mr. Rajiv Bansal, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the DDA, on instructions, states that, if and when a 3BHK flat in the category as applied by the petitioner in the scheme of 2008, is available to DDA, they would offer the same to the petitioner.

Directed accordingly.

With the above direction, the petition is disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
