Mr. K K Mishra, learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the delay has taken place in view of the change in the administration.

He, however, submits that as per the instructions which he has received from respondents, the inquiry shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the above, the petitioner, at the moment, does not press the present contempt petition. She, however, seeks permission to revive the contempt petition, in case, the inquiry in not concluded within the time as undertaken above.
