% 09.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi. Accordingly, subject to compliance of terms and conditions as envisaged in the settlement agreement arrived at before the Mediation Centre, present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
