There are seven petitioners in the present petition. 2.
They all seek initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for non-compliance of the directions contained in order dated 07.10.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No. 14063/2024 3.
Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice. The concerned officials from the office of the respondent are also present. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, apprises the Court that in relation to petitioner No. 1- Mr. Methrole Sudhakar, petitioner No. 2-Mr. Arun Kumar E, petitioner No. 4-Mr. Nikhil Prakash K P, petitioner No. 5-Mr. Jayasuriya J and petitioner No. 6-Mr. Sandeep K L, the requisite decision has already been taken by the concerned Standing Screening Committee and the matter is under approval and after completion of CONT.CAS(C) 1929/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. procedural formalities and receiving the approval, due communication shall be sent to all of them within three weeks from today. 5.
It is also informed that as far as petitioner Nos. 3- Mr. Chaudhary Vijaykumar Bhemjibhai and 7- Mr. Dinesh Kumar are concerned, the 19th Standing Screening Committee requires certain documents from them and a communication in this regard was also sent to petitioner No.3-Mr. Chaudhary Vijaykumar Bhemjibhai on 20.11.2024 and petitioner No.7- Mr. Dinesh Kumar on 14.11.2024.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in all probabilities, they might have already sent a requisite reply in this regard and if not, he would ensure that they send requisite reply without any further delay. 7.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in any case, reply shall be sent within two days from today and learned counsel for the respondent submits that after receiving such documents, the Standing Screening Committee shall consider their cases and send them requisite communication in this regard also, within four weeks from today. 8.
Such statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that if nothing is communicated, as undertaken above, he may be permitted to revive the present contempt petition.

The petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
