O R D E R

% 30.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to permit her to appear in the DNB CET Centralised Counselling-2018 uninfluenced by the pending recognition process of M.D. (General Medicine) quotas of respondent no.4/College.

During the pendency of the present petition, upon the respondent no.4 removing all the deficiencies, respondent no.1 has already forwarded its recommendation for grant of recognition to the aforesaid course on 21st May, 2018. The said recommendation is now pending decision with respondent no.3.

Ms.Monika Arora, learned counsel for respondent no.1, assures

the Court that the said respondent will take expeditious decision on the recommendations made by respondent no.1 in respect of M.D. (General Medicine) course.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position and the fact that the petitioner has already been provisionally allotted a seat, I am of the view that the respondent nos.1 & 3 ought to be directed to take a final decision on the recommendations made on 31st May, 2018, within a period of two weeks.

In case the respondent no.3 approves the recommendation forwarded by respondent no.1, the petitioner will be immediately allowed to join the seat provisionally allotted to her and in the event the same is disapproved, the petitioner will not be permitted to join the said seat but will be entitled to take legal remedy as permissible under law.

The writ petition and pending application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
