2. Learned counsel for the Respondents states that the refund for the last quarter of 2014-15 is yet to be processed. He assures the Court that the refund order for the said period will be passed not later than one week from today and the amount of refund together with interest will be directly credited to the Petitioner's account not later than two weeks from today.

3. In the event that the Petitioner has any grievance on account of nonpayment of the refund amount together with interest, it may approach the W.P.(C) 2127/2017

VATO first and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
