After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner present in Court seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court after the respondent's decision on the petitioner's representations. It is further submitted that the copy of this writ petition be treated as petitioner's representation to be considered by the DDA.

The writ petition as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Respondent No.1 shall treat the copy of this writ petition as petitioner's representation and shall consider the same in accordance with law.

Respondent No.1 shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order within a period of

12 weeks from today.

Needless to say is that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits in this case.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
