1. A copy of the refund order dated 25th April, 2017 has been handed over to the counsel for the Petitioner. It is directed that within two weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited into the Petitioner's account directly by the Respondent/ Department. If there is no compliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
