The present Application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking to withdraw the present Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, being O.M.P. (COMM) 478/2025 ["present Petition"], in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.05.2026 ["Settlement Agreement"] 2.
The Petitioner has sought the aforestated leave to withdraw the present Petition, along with the liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in the event of the breach of Settlement Agreement. 3.
Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
