CRL.M.C. 1544/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 48/09, registered at PS Seelampur, under Sections 379/356/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 placing inter alia reliance on the proceedings dated 10.11.2009 of the then learned District Judge-VII/NE/ASJ/Delhi wherein it has been observed to the effect that the Investigating Officer has stated that the applicant had no role in the FIR No. 48/09, registered at PS Seelampur, under Sections 379/356/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. CRL.M.C. 1544/2018
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted as affirmed by the Investigating Officer of PS Seelampur that the applicant has already been discharged in relation to the FIR No. 48/09, registered at PS Seelampur, under Sections 379/356/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the State it is apparent that there is nothing more that survives in the petition. The petition is disposed of.
