Having heard the appellant appearing in person and having perused the material available on record, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order under appeal. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Single Judge has rightly held that the writ petition is not maintainable.

The appeal is devoid of any merit and the same is accordingly dismissed.
