Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though the petitioner has been discharged in case FIR No.148/2009 under Sections 392/397/34 IPC, Police Station Seelampur by order dated 21.01.2010, he has been repeatedly called to the Police Station at Jafrabad.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that CRL.M.C.1550/2018

in the subject FIR, the petitioner has already been discharged and is not being called for any investigation in the subject FIR or in any other FIR in Police Station Seelampur.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. 4.
