The present application has been filed to bring on record MoU/compromise deed, which was entered into between the petitioner and the respondent no.2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the FIR has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 14.01.2025 on the basis of statement of the respondent no.2. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the compromise deed is taken on record.

The application stands disposed of.
