This is a petition seeking quashing of order dated 02.12.2024 issuing non bailable warrants against the petitioner in FIR No. 280/2024, dated 30.11.2024, registered at P.S. Shaheen Bagh under Sections 196/353(2)/61 of BNS, 2023.

The purpose of issuance of non-bailable warrants is to ensure participation of the petitioner before the judicial process.
