% 10.07.2017 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that trial court may be directed to permit the petitioner to lead additional documentary and ocular evidence.

It is noted that defence evidence is complete and petitioner has already filed an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. before the trial court along with the documents. Accordingly, no directions are required to be passed in this petition. Trial court shall dispose of the application of the petitioner expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
