This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 747/2013, under Sections 366/342/506 IPC registered at P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties as per MoU dated 15th April 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner and respondent Nos.2 & 3 are present in Court and duly identified by the IO.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 state that they have no objection to the quashing of the said FIR, considering they have amicably resolved their disputes.

Respondent No.2 had earlier married the petitioner and has now got re-married.

of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 747/2013, under Sections 366/342/506 IPC registered at P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
