By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking setting aside of the order dated 30.08.2024, passed by learned Judge, Family Courts, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in MT No. 1242/2018 titled 'Poonam s. Vikas Garg'.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent states that the documents, as directed by the learned Trial Court, have been filed by the respondent herein after passing of the impugned order. It is further stated that he has no objection if the present matter is remanded back for fresh adjudication of the interim maintenance on the basis of the documents filed by respondent herein.

In view of the above, the present matter is remanded back to the learned Trial Court for fresh adjudication of the interim maintenance on the basis of documents filed by the respondent herein.
