This matter is listed on Office Note dated 10.02.2026. The Registry notes that as per Memo of Parties of the present matter, there is only one Plaintiff, whereas in the Order dated 16.12.2025 it is mentioned that 100% Court Fees is to be refunded in favour of Plaintiff No. 2. 2.

In view thereof, Paragraph No. 6 of the Order dated 16.12.2025 is modified to read as under:

"6.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the Plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870."

No further orders are required to be passed.
