This suit has been filed on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking the following reliefs: - "(a) pass a decree of declaration thereby declaring that the Plot which is more clearly depicted in blue color in the Site Plan and is in the possession of the Plaintiff actually bears Plot No. 543/2, Village Mundka, Delhi admeasuring 15 biswas, and as a consequential relief, pass a decree of mandatory injunction thereby directing the Defendant No. 3 to correct the Revenue Map maintained by the Department thereby correctly depicting the plots in accordance with the actual position at the Site as depicted in the Site Plan annexed to the Plaint. (b) Pass a decree of permanent injunction thereby restraining the Defendant Nos. 1 & 2, their staff, agents, employees, or anyone claiming through them from interfering in the actual, physical, peaceful possession of the Plaintiff over the plot in possession of the Plaintiff which has been depicted in blue color in the Site Plan annexed to the Plaint;" 2.

possibility of amicable settlement vide order dated 14.01.2025. Parties have amicably settled their disputes and Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on 02.04.2025, incorporating the terms of the settlement, copy of which is placed on record. In view of the settlement, learned counsels for the parties submit that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.04.2025, which shall form part of the decree and the terms incorporated therein shall bind the parties thereto. 4.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.
