Without going into the aspect as to whether the interest as applicable to senior citizens would be attracted in the instant case, the Court records the satisfaction of the compliance of order dated 06.08.2025. In view of the submission made by Ms. Beenashaw Soni with respect to the steps required to be taken by one of the parties in paragraph 22 of the settlement agreement dated 06.11.2024, it is submitted by Mr. Rishi Gautam that the concerned defendant would take necessary steps. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, reserving rights of the parties to file appropriate application, if so necessitated, both these matters be treated as disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. 4.

The suit stands decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 06.11.2024. The parties will abide by the terms of the settlement agreement. The parties to expedite the compliance with the terms of the settlement agreement including those in paragraph 22.
