After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the present appeal. However, he seeks liberty to approach the Allotment Committee in case any other slot becomes available at a future date.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

We clarify that this order will not preclude the appellants from seeking the allotment of another chamber slot as and when the same is available.

Needless to state that if any such application is moved, the same shall be considered on its own merits.
