The petitioner seeks interim bail in case FIR No.50/2016 under Sections 363/367/368/372/373/34 IPC registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner was granted interim bail in Bail Appl.No.668/2018 by this Court in FIR No.14/16 under Sections 363/365/368/370/346/310/120-B/34 registered at Police Station Alipur by an order dated 26.04.2018 to enable him to take care of his wife at the time of medical procedure for two weeks from the date of his release. Since the petitioner is involved in another FIR in hand, for the same reasons he is granted interim bail for two weeks from the BAIL APPLN. 676/2018

date of release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail on expiry of the interim bail.
