The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.69/2016 registered under Sections 376/506 IPC at PS Mukherjee Nagar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant.
During the course of arguments, on instructions, petitioner's counsel offered to pay ` 4 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any).

The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2016. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed.
The complainant had alleged to have been cheated of ` 3 lacs by the BAIL APPLN. 566/2016
petitioner. Offer has been made on behalf of the petitioner voluntarily to pay ` 4 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any).
The parties were acquainted with each other since long.
Physical relations took place between the two several times albeit on the alleged promise to marry. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner's offer to pay ` 4 lacs to the complainant without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any), the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. He shall pay ` 4 lacs to complainant within two weeks through Investigating Officer by way of Demand Draft. 5.
The bail application stands disposed of.
