The petitioner seeks interim bail for three months in case FIR No.14/2016 under Sections 363 IPC registered at Police Station Alipur. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed. Earlier the petitioner was granted interim bail for removal of implant in his wife's one leg in 2016. There are no allegations of its misuse. Status report reveals that now the removal of implants in the other leg is required. The petitioner's address has been verified and confirmed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and to enable the petitioner to take care of his wife at the time of medical procedure, he is granted interim bail for two weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `30,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on the expiry of period of interim bail 4.

The application stands disposed of.
