Counsels are agreed that the issue raised with regard to AOS Products Private Limited ("AOS"), in the present writ petition, is covered by the judgement dated 22.3.2018, passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2472/2018, titled: Puja Tandon and Anr. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors. In sum, the petitioners seek to revive SBJ by filing an appeal before the NCLT under Section 252 of the Companies Act, 2013. 3.

Counsels are also agreed that the issue raised with regard to Bhagat Flavour And Fragrance Private Limited ("Bhagat"), is covered by the W.P.(C) No.653/2018

judgement dated 22.3.2018, passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.2308/2018, titled: Mr. Gaurav Jain and Ors. vs. Registrar of Companies and Ors.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in Puja Tandon and Ors. (Supra) insofar as AOS is concerned, while the directives contained in Mr. Gaurav Jain and Ors.(Supra) will apply to Bhagat. 5.

It is made clear that the directions contained in aforementioned order will apply mutatis mutandis to the petitioner(s) herein. 9.
