The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out at the property bearing No. WZ-28G, Gali No. 9, Guru Nanak Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that the property in question was inspected by the concerned Officials of the MCD on 12th November, 2025. Further, no illegal construction was found in the property and the site is lying vacant.

She submits that only blue tin sheets were found on the outer wall of the said property. However, no ongoing construction or construction material was found in the property in question. Accordingly, no orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition by this Court at this stage.
