The present petition seeks transfer of Complaint Case Nos. 966/2017 and 967/2018 from the court of ACJM, North District, Rohini Courts to the JM First Class (NI Act), Patiala House Courts, Delhi. 2.

Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has pointed out that the parties have already entered into a settlement agreement in respect of cases sought to be transferred by the Petitioner. A copy of the settlement agreement executed between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District Courts, Delhi has been shown to the Court. The aforenoted fact is not disputed.

In light of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement and only the payments in terms thereof are left to be made, the Court finds no reason to transfer the cases.
