This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to regularise the students admitted by Petitioner institution during the previous academic session 2024-25 pursuant to decision dated 20.09.2024 issued by Respondent. 2.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action as according to the counsel, some important particulars and documents could not be placed on record.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
