The matter had been heard at length on 17.8.2017. Parties have now settled the matter. It has been agreed between the parties that the petitioner shall pay to the respondent the security amount of Rs.7,83,114/- received by her on as per clause 2(b)(i)(a) of the lease deed dated 18.7.2017. The security amount of Rs.7,83,114/- shall be paid within three months from today. The petitioner shall also within nine months from today also pay interest @ 6% per annum Simple Interest w.e.f. 5.1.2009 on the said amount of Rs. 7,83,114/- till date of payment of the same to the respondent. On receipt of the said amounts the respondent acknowledges that it would be in full and final settlement of their claim/dues under the Award dated 23.3.2010 and nothing further would be payable by the petitioner. 2.

Petitioner is present in person and undertakes to this court that she

will abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement. 3.

Binding the parties to the settlement the petition stands disposed of. Learned counsel for the respondent shall provide to the learned counsel for the petitioner details of the bank account number of the respondent where the petitioner is to deposit the amount, as agreed upon today. All pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
