% 23.04.2018 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.76/18 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. There is a delay of seven days in lodging the FIR. The injuries sustained by the victim are 'simple' in nature. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, BAIL APPLN. 637/2018

he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
