% 04.04.2018 Plaintiff has filed IA No.4338/2018 for withdrawal of the suit on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.01.2018 and also a Family Arrangement dated 15.01.2018. The copy of the MOU is exhibited as C-1 and the Family Arrangement is exhibited as C-2. In view of the submissions the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
