This petition has been filed with the following prayers: "1) Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction(s) directing the respondents to Transfer the Petitioners in together at the Static Location, most preferably in Delhi as the child will get the best treatment in Delhi ; and

2) Pass any order(s) or direction or such orders or directions as this hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the interest of Justice; and

3) Allow the present WRIT petition in the favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."

The prayer in the petition is primarily that the petitioners be posted preferably at Delhi. Mr. Sabharwal, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the competent authority has posted Petitioner no. 1 to the concerned Office of the respondent-Border Security Force (BSF) at Noida whereas petitioner no. 2, the wife of petitioner no. 1 who is also working in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
