In compliance of the order dated 14th November 2025, learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 14th January 2026 passed by Commissioner of Customs (Appeals). The said order is adverse to the interest of the petitioner. 2.
The said order sets aside the Order-in-Original dated 10th July 2025, the implementation of which is sought through the present petition. 3.
In that view above, we are of the opinion that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. 5.

Since the petitioner intends to take recourse to the remedy of questioning the order passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents not to proceed with the disposal of the gold in question for a period of six months from today.
