In view of the decision rendered by this Court in the case of Ravi Kumar v. All India Institute of Medical Sciences1, the respondent-AIIMS has re-examined the controversy at hand and has decided to accept the certificate produced by the petitioner up to 26.11.2024. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, Mr. Anand Varma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-AIIMS, on instructions submits that the impugned communication dated 01.12.2024 becomes redundant. 3.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record. Accordingly, the aforenoted communication stands set aside.

Let a formal order with respect to the above be passed by the respondent-AIIMS.
