This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') in O.A. No. 2634/2019, titled Sangeeta Kaushik v. UOI and Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent herein with the following directions: "14. In view of the aforesaid and for parity, the present OAs are allowed with following orders:- (i) The impugned orders dated 23.05.2019 (in OA No.2569/ 2019) and 18.06.2019 read with order dated 15.06.2012 (in OA No. 2634/ 2019 are quashed and set aside.

(ii) The respondents are directed to extend the benefit of the judgment of Hon'ble High Court for State of Telangana at Hyderabad in Writ Petition No.17400/ to the applicants in present OA.

(iii) The applicants shall be entitled to all consequential benefits flowing therefrom including upgradation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. under MACP Scheme, pensionary benefits etc., as applicable.

(iv) However, in the facts and circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.

The issue raised by the petitioners is now covered by our Judgment in W.P.(C) 7301/2025, titled Union of India and Ors. v. Sh. Dheeraj Pal and Ors., 2025:DHC:4543-DB, wherein a similar challenge was rejected by this Court, placing reliance, inter alia, on the earlier Judgment of this Court dated 27.05.2024 in W.P.(C) 6973/2024, titled Union of India and Ors. v. Raksh Pal Singh and Ors., against which the Special Leave Petition was also dismissed by the Supreme Court vide Order dated 10.12.2025. 3.

The Special Leave Petition against the Judgment in Dheeraj Pal (Supra) has likewise been dismissed by the Supreme Court vide Order dated 14.11.2025 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No(s). 51581/2025, titled Union of India & Ors. v. Dheeraj Pal & Ors.. 4.

Accordingly, we find no merit in the present petition, the same is accordingly dismissed. The pending application also stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
