Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for transfer investigation to CBI or Crime Branch or any other Independent Investigation Agency in FIR No. 515/2024 under Section 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNS') and Section 61(2)/101/103(2) and Section 104 of the BNS, registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to pursue the remedy, in accordance with law. 3.

Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly with liberty as prayed for.
