% 13.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No 71/2015, under Sections 420/406/120B/34 of IPC registered at PS: Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi, is sought on merits.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that petitioner is not an accused in the charge sheet filed and four employees of petitioner are accused in FIR in question. In view of the aforesaid stand taken, petitioner has no locus to seek quashing of the FIR in question.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
