% 06.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks waiver/reduction of the costs imposed vide the order dated 14th November, 2018. The reasons for imposing the said costs is reflected in the said order, and no case, for reduction or waiver thereof can be said to be made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, at this stage, four weeks further time to deposit the said costs. The request is reasonable. Accordingly, subject to payment of costs, as per the order dated 14th November, 2018 within a period of four weeks from today, the writ petition would stand restored to its original number.
