2.

In this petition notice was issued on 22nd March, 2017 by this Court limited to prayer (a) in the writ petition. Prayer (a) in the writ petition seeks directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to follow up the legal outcome of FIR bearing No. 319/2014 registered under Section 33 of the Excise Act. 3.

Status report has been filed by the State stating that after the registration of FIR No. 391/2014 under Section 33 of the Excise Act at PS Safdarjung Enclave a charge sheet was filed before the Court and on 6th W.P.(CRL) 884/2017

December, 2014 the accused Rohtash was convicted by the learned Judge, Lok Adalat with a fine of ₹25,000/-. Thus the FIR has already culminated in filing of the charge sheet which culminated in the order of conviction of accused Rohtash.

4.

Since nothing survives in prayer (a) which appears to be the reason for non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
