% 11.03.2016 The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail to the petitioner. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the purpose of the petitioner would be served if the petitioner is granted custody parole on two days i.e. 14.03.2016 & 16.03.2016.

Consequently, the present bail application is disposed of with the direction to the concerned Superintendent Jail to take the petitioner to attend to his wife at Safdarjung Hospital on 14.03.2016 from 10 AM to 4 PM and thereafter on 16.03.2016 from 8 AM to 5

P.M.

The petitioner shall be accompanied by police officials without fetters and handcuffs.

Let copy of this order be sent immediately to concerned Superintendent Jail.
