The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking parole for a period of one month on the ground of filing SLP before the Supreme Court.

Learned ASC for the State submits that before approaching this Court, the petitioner has not filed any representation to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for grant of parole.

In the given circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi for grant of parole and then to approach this Court, if the necessity arises.

The petitioner be informed through the concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
