% 16.08.2017 Matter has been taken up today as 14th August, 2017 was declared holiday.

As per the report of Mediation Centre, mediation has failed. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the petitioner has now settled the dispute amicably with complainant. Parents of complainant namely Harish Makhija and Hitika Makhija are present in the court and have been identified by SI Shubhangi PS Preet Vihar. They submit that they have been authorised by their daughter to convey the Court that first motion has also been accepted by the Court, therefore, grant of anticipatory bail is not being opposed.

In view of the facts noted above, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to his

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
