% 22.04.2016 The petitioner present in person submits that the respondents have not reinstated him in terms of the judgment dated 2nd May, 2008 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C)4341/1999. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have preferred Civil Appeal No.8838/2010 which is pending before the Supreme Court. It is submitted the arguments have been heard in the appeal and the judgment has been reserved.
It is further submitted that that contempt petition is barred by limitation having been filed after a period of one year. This contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same after the decision of the appeal by the Supreme Court, if the occasion so arises.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
